Almond Butter Cup Protein Shake
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1.5 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Tera’s Whey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp mesquite powder, optional
- 1 cup ice (use less ice if you’re not blending with a Vitamix)
- Blend, sample, adjust, and power up.
