This is next level deliciousness. I couldn’t stop thinking about the vanilla espresso almond butter I had this weekend so I set out to make a speedy single serving of my own. There was no time to waste. If you like the most delicious tasting things in all the land, MAKE THIS. That is all. 😉
Super easy and beyond delish (as previously stated).
All you do is take your favorite almond butter and add vanilla, espresso powder, and a little bit of unrefined coconut oil. This is the ultimate nut butter for roasted banana almond butter bowls, protein pancakes, smoothies, oatmeal, spoons, everything.
Two Minute Vanilla Espresso Almond Butter
This recipe is for a single tablespoon serving. Adjust proportions as your heart desires. I posted photos below the recipe that show the differences between the recipe with coconut oil and without. Both are great but the one with the coconut oil is creamier and, in my opinion, more delicious. 😉
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp ground espresso beans, more to taste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp softened coconut oil, optional but recommended
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl
- Stir to combine
