I’m currently in love with keeping my coconut flakes in the fridge and eating them cold. “Let’s Do…Organic” (in the green bag) and Bob’s Red Mill are my two favorite brands. Gah so good.
The base of this smoothie uses frozen avocado (tips here), but if you are fresh out of avocado you could use sub frozen banana or extra frozen berries and it would probably work just as well. xo
Red, White, and Blue Protein Smoothie Bowl
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries // I used blackberries
- 1/4 cup frozen avocado (sub banana if you don’t have avo)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder // I used bourbon vanilla Tera’s Whey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice, optional
- Goji berries
- Raw coconut flakes <3
